1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted in English (250–300 words).
- Structured format: Title, Authors, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Maximum 6 authors per abstract.
- Ethical approval required for clinical research.
- All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
2. Oral & Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Oral presentation duration: 15–20 minutes including Q&A.
- Presentation format: PPT (16:9 ratio recommended).
- Poster size: A0 (Portrait orientation preferred).
- Presenters must check in at least 1 hour before session.
- Best Oral & Poster Awards will be presented on Day 3.
3. Registration Policy
- Registration is mandatory for all participants and presenters.
- Confirmation will be issued upon full payment.
- Conference badge must be worn during all sessions.
- Registration fee includes access to sessions, conference kit & certificate.
4. Ethical & Clinical Compliance
- Informed consent required for patient data and images.
- Research involving human subjects must follow international ethical standards.
- Conflict of interest disclosures are mandatory.
- Plagiarism or data manipulation will result in rejection.
5. Code of Conduct
- Professional and respectful behavior is expected.
- Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Photography or recording requires speaker permission.
- Organizer reserves the right to remove violators without refund.
6. Visa & Travel Responsibility
- Participants are responsible for their own visa arrangements.
- Invitation letters will be issued after registration confirmation.
- Organizer is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
